The wines of the Domaine

We have a small artisanal production of wine and sparkling wine, made from Floréal, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties.

We produce using organic farming methods.

You can buy our wines directly at the Domaine; opening hours are:

Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10.00-14.00 or by appointment at 0619173496.

Bubbles pouring – the effervescence that touches

Slightly sparkling or "Frizzante", as the Italians say, this wine will surprise you with its very fine and soft bubbles.

We produce our sparkling wine "Bullesversant" in white, rosé, and red. Enjoy it neat, "over ice" (in a "pool"), or in various Spritz variations (see our recipe suggestions below).

The grape varieties:

• White Bubbles: 100% Floréal
• Bullesversant Rosé: 100% Grenache
• Red Bubbles: 100% Syrah

A love story of wine. Hand-harvested, working in close harmony with nature using organic farming methods, we produce our "Amourheuse" cuvée in white, 100% Floréal, and in rosé, 100% Grenache.
