Situated on 22 hectares in the middle of vineyards, Domaine Le Cocagne is just 10km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Languedoc Roussillon (the nearest resorts are Cabanes de Fleury, St. Pierre la mer, Narbonne plage, Vendres plage and Valras).

The house has no immediate neighbors, only the owner and his family live on the property in a completely separate house.

The nearest village, Salles d'Aude, is 2.5 km away. There is a large supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, butcher, bakery, etc.

The commune of Salles-d'Aude is located about ten kilometers northeast of Narbonne and about ten kilometers from the Mediterranean coast. The communal territory extends on both banks of the Aude River and is bordered to the north by the Hérault department. To the south, the commune has a small part of the heights of the Massif de la Clape (also called Montagne de la Clape). Behind the Estate is a protected plain in the “Natura 2000” zone, which invites you to observe the flora and animals and take long walks.
