Cancelation :

The deposit paid is non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.
For the remainder of the stay price (stay price less deposit paid) the cancellation conditions apply if the customer cancels:
-up to 60 days before the arrival date: 100% of the remaining price of the stay is refundable
- between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the remaining price of the stay is refundable
-less than 30 days before the arrival date: no refund

In order to reserve the stay, a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay is required.
The reservation is final only upon payment of the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, death).

July and August: minimum 7 days
Otherwise minimum 2 nights
170.00 EUR /night from October 1st to April 14th
195.00 EUR /night from April 15 to September 30
Price for 4 people, +20 EUR per day per additional person
Maximum 6 people (plus babies, children under 8 years old possible)
Final cleaning: 150 EUR (applicable for any stay, even 2 nights)
Pet: +20 EUR
Washing machine: available outside the villa, 5 EUR / Washing machine included
Bed linen, bath towels included (Attention: pool and beach towels are not included!)
Baby bed, child seat available
