The deposit is non-refundable except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, death).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr class=\"my-1\" \/>\n<p>July and August: minimum 7 days<br \/>\nOtherwise minimum 2 nights<br \/>\n210 EUR \/night from October 1st to April 14th<br \/>\n240 EUR \/night from April 15th to September 30th<br \/>\nPrice for 4 people, +20 EUR per day per additional person<br \/>\nMaximum 6 people (plus babies, children under 8 years old possible)<br \/>\nFinal cleaning: 150 EUR (applicable for any stay, even 2 nights)<br \/>\nPet: +20 EUR<br \/>\nWashing machine: available outside the villa, 5 EUR \/ Washing machine included<br \/>\nBed linen, bath towels included (Attention: pool and beach towels are not included!)<br \/>\nBaby bed, child seat available<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Annulation : L\u00b4acompte vers\u00e9 est non remboursable sauf force majeure.
